Riddle

I taught Miles how to play cribbage. When it's his deal, he says, "HGG." When it's my deal, he says, "GHD." What do these abbreviations stand for?

HGG stands for "Horrible, Great, Great." GHD stands for "Great, Horrible, Dry." That is, when Miles deals, he wants me to have a horrible hand while he has a great hand and a great crib. When I deal, he wants to have a great hand while I have a horrible hand and a dry crib.
